All of our classes are trauma informed and accessible, and designed to support your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health and well-being. Learn more about each class here.  

You are welcome to attend each class style one time to ensure our community is the right fit for you before joining a program or membership. 

Monday, 10:15 am ET | 45-min | Gentle Flow
Recommended props: yoga mat or carpet and yoga blocks or chair

Monday, 12:00 pm ET | 45-min | Mindful Moment

Required: pen/pencil and paper

Tuesday, 10:15 am ET | 45-min | Mindful Movement
Required props: massage balls and foam roller

Wednesday, 10:15 am ET | 45-60 min | Focus and Align Session
Required: pen/pencil and paper

Wednesday, 12:00 pm ET | 45-min | Power Yoga
Recommended props: yoga mat or carpet and yoga blocks

Friday, 12:00 pm ET| 45-min | Warriors at Ease (WAE) Gentle Flow
Recommended props: yoga mat or carpet and yoga blocks or chair

All classes are offered via Zoom. After registration, you will receive log-in information.

50% of the proceeds of our donation-based classes go to pre-determined non-profit organizations.
