Make an Impact Without Burnout

One of our clients was dealing with some serious burnout because like so many high-achievers, they struggled to make an impact because of the lack of balance between work and home. Without any local family and a few friends to call on for help, it was becoming increasingly difficult to try to do everything. Things like giving 100% to a job they weren’t even that passionate about anymore, giving 100% to their 3 toddlers, and giving 100% to their spouse.

Self-Assessing

When they looked at everything on their plate, they had 0% leftover to take care of themself. They felt alone, frustrated, exhausted, and stuck. They were going through the motions instead of truly living, loving, and enjoying life. And the worst part, they weren’t sure how to get things back on track so they could be the purpose-driven person, parent, and spouse they wanted to be. 

Finding a Solution

When we can identify that we’re stuck, Impact Makers tend to seek a solution because they don’t like the way it feels to be stuck. The client we discussed above is now in our Strong By Nature group coaching program and is absolutely loving it!
