Our sessions are designed for busy professionals, just like you, who want to preserve or improve their health and well-being without having to add more to their plate. 

With our Movement & Meditation Membership, you get your choice of one live virtual yoga, meditation or strength session per week. Because we know you are busy, live sessions are only 20-45 minutes. Plus, you’ll receive access to our on-demand library with hundreds of yoga, meditation and strength classes ranging from 5 to 75 minutes so you can find exactly what you need, when you need it.

Sessions are suitable for beginners, people who think they can’t meditate or practice yoga, and experienced practitioners!
