Yoga Classes

All of our classes are designed to support your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health and well-being. Our classes are accessible for most and led by trauma informed instructors committed to offering a supportive and inclusive class. Whether you are brand new or experienced, we meet you where you are and support you in starting or nurturing your yoga practice.   

We offer a meditation membership for those looking for motivation, inspiration and community, monthly yoga memberships for those looking for consistency and accountability, drop-in donation-based classes for those needing flexibility or looking to try a class, private sessions for those looking for individualized support, and an 8-week yoga program with group and private sessions for those looking for deeper support and guidance.
