Yoga Classes

All of our classes are designed to support your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health and well-being. Our classes are accessible for most and led by trauma informed instructors committed to offering a supportive and inclusive class. Whether you are brand new or experienced, we meet you where you are and support you in starting or nurturing your yoga practice.   

We offer monthly memberships for those looking for community and consistency, drop-in donation-based classes for those needing flexibility or looking to try a class, private sessions for those looking for individualized support, and an 8-week yoga program with group and private sessions for those looking for deeper support and guidance.
